May 21st 5-7pm -Stewardship Party at Forest Sanctuary- Kingston Land Trust & Hudson Valley Bee Habitat are teaming up for World Bee Day! Volunteers needed to help tend the garden plots that feed our bees, butterflies, birds, and even bats. They host skill-shares, grow-and-tells, work parties, and other plant-centric gatherings at members’ home gardens across the region (maybe yours?!). Members will learn, grow, build, share, and party—all in the garden.
Plant a Native Tree - The Kingston Library has free bare root saplings! If you missed the Earth Day giveaways, there are more trees where that came from, and they need homes (in the dirt) now! Pick up yours before they close for the holiday weekend.
