Cerulean Warbler Patch

$8.00
#48 Cerulean Warbler If you’re looking for a Cerulean Warbler, brace yourself for warbler neck because these songbirds usually stick to the upper canopy. In the spring, the male’s namesake blue shows on head, back and breastband, while the female is a unique blue-green. Their population has suffered steep declines due to habitat loss, both in the Andes where they spend winters, and in the mature deciduous forests of the eastern U.S. where they breed. This patch celebrates the American Bird Conservancy and its restoration of the Appalachian forests where Cerulean Warblers breed. For durability, we recommend sewing or using a permanent, flexible fabric glue. Dimensions: 2.2" wide x 1.2" tall
